Agreement

Binding Agreement
This is a contract between you (“User”) and Zaren Invest, a Turkish company located at Ataköy 7-8-9-10 Mh. Çobançeşme E-5 Yanyol No:16/1/A Selenium Retro-9 A Blok K:18 D:130 34158 – Istanbul. The services offered on the Website are provided by Zaren Invest.

Definitions

Participant
Any individual who participates in and responds to surveys conducted by Zaren Invest.
User

A connection enabling access to another website, files, or content from the Application or Website, or access to the Application or Website, files, and content from another website.
Content
Any information, survey, file, image, photo, sound, price, all visual, literary, and auditory images published or accessible from the Zaren Invest Application or Website.

VIP Treatment
- Zaren Invest is completely free to determine which services and content accessible on the Website are subject to a fee. Those who benefit from the services provided by Zaren Invest and those who use the site can only carry out transactions on the Website for lawful and personal purposes.
- The legal and criminal responsibilities for all actions and transactions performed by users on the Website are entirely their own; Turkey is not liable for users’ actions.
- Each user agrees not to engage in any action or transaction that would infringe on the rights of Zaren Invest or any third party; not to disclose written, visual, and auditory information; and acknowledges that Zaren Invest is the exclusive owner of any information disclosed at the time of disclosure.

- Zaren Invest is not responsible for the services and content provided by third parties, even if they are accessible from the Website.

- Zaren Invest is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and content provided by users.
- Users agree not to engage in activities that would constitute unfair competition under the Turkish Commercial Code.

- If participants choose to donate their earned award amount, the awarded amount will be donated by Zaren Invest on behalf of the participants to the specified organization.
- The earned award amount cannot be divided into multiple coupons or used in different ways.
Intellectual Property Rights
